About Us

New Hope Wellness Center is a state-of-the-art, patient-centered healthcare facility and pharmacy serving individuals living with HIV in the Western Oklahoma Service Area. We provide comprehensive ambulatory care, offering a full range of core medical and supportive services including HIV/STI primary care, access to antiretroviral therapy (ART), individualized case management, mental health counseling, and medication support through the AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP). Our interdisciplinary team works collaboratively to address the complex medical, emotional, and social needs of our clients, with a strong focus on those in underserved and rural communities.

VISION

New Hope Wellness Center envisions a future where every individual regardless of race, ethnicity, identity, or income can thrive in health and dignity. We are especially committed to empowering African American, and communities in Oklahoma by eliminating health disparities and advancing wellness through innovative, culturally responsive HIV care.
